The Story

The Paper Castle is a heart-warming and modern day fairy tale. A dreary hospital is brought to life when Cliff, a dying old man uses his children's book skills to help the sick children feel better. Cliff teaches the children to express their emotions through their art. Besides lifting up their spirits, he makes them find a new purpose in life. Their stories add to the fairy tale of an imaginary animated kingdom.

The Unique Visual Style: Traditional Animation meets Motion Pictures

The visual style of this film will be unique and enchanting because of the use of traditional animation along with traditional film. The film will weave the two in a seamless fashion that will make for a delightful cinematic experience. Because the story is about kids’ drawings coming to life, animation is the perfect way to convey that magic.
